FPC’s preservation department houses talented architects, preservationists, project managers, and historians who bring value to any existing building project.
In addition to our reputation for preservation, we are well known for our excellent ability to manage and deliver projects. We pride ourselves on working hard on complicated projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering beautiful spaces that are both on-time and on-budget. In the past decade, 95% of our preservation projects are from repeat clients. Additionally, our long-running relationships with our subconsultants bring understanding and valuable efficiency to our proposed team.
